On Saturday 30 November, at 10 a.m., take a morning to regenerate body and mind in a unique experience!
We will begin with a rejuvenating yoga practice, accessible to all levels, to awaken the body with gentle, mindful movements. During the practice we will immerse ourselves in a sound bath with Tibetan bells, an ancient practice that uses sound vibrations to calm the mind, reduce stress and restore inner balance.
After this deep wellness experience, we will conclude with a healthy brunch prepared with fresh, local ingredients.

💬 What do I need to bring?
It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and for those who would like a cover/cloth to cover themselves or to use as a cushion.
💬 How does it work?
The practice will start at 10am, we recommend arriving 10/15 minutes early to get ready and start all together on time. At the end of the practice we will enjoy together a healthy brunch prepared by Villa I Tramonti. Find the menu ⤵️
The cost to attend the event is €38 and includes the yoga practice with sound bath and the brunch with the dishes indicated on the menu, water and a coffee per person.
